updating the address in docs/index.asciidoc.

I could also update the email in the .po files as it's a simple find and
replace but I'm not sure if that's strictly done via transifex.
Variables such as 'pkgdesc_x86_64' are invalid, instead of ignoring them
raise an error.
This also disallows using 'any' as an architecture specific variable
